I went religiously in the alst pregnancy and felt so good up until the sciatica at about 38 weeks- and I even did a lot of the poses at home to help with that.SShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02853957801933638507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1160307985142358103.post-47979210452088643892009-08-11T13:59:49.933-07:002009-08-11T13:59:49.933-07:00bwahaha you just completely cracked me up! Although, I'm signing up for hypnobirthing classes so I can learn some relaxation and meditation techniques ahead of time. It can only help my situation. Tomorrow is first class.

Maybe I'll feel brave enough to look at yoga once I'm pregnant.Kristen's Rawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15340522295588234162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1160307985142358103.post-37553631107299886872009-08-08T19:33:28.965-07:002009-08-08T19:33:28.965-07:00I read your posts before this, and when I was preg...I read your posts before this, and when I was pregnant w/ my daughter, she also opened up her legs to show us that she in fact was a she! :)
Congrats on the baby!!! Where the instructor demonstrated how flexible we would EVENTUALLY be and I was in the back thinking, "Are you f&*#ing kidding me?!?"babyinterruptedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09691284568281459525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1160307985142358103.post-40593681277383803412009-08-08T18:08:35.226-07:002009-08-08T18:08:35.226-07:00Yes, she was certified. But I'll ask more questions next time -- thanks for the heads up!!Barefoothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17514231523278098569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1160307985142358103.post-11529814416683291572009-08-08T16:22:02.828-07:002009-08-08T16:22:02.828-07:00Oh, and I've never done a sun salutation after...Oh, and I've never done a sun salutation after the 1st trimester. We were told that inversions like that could cause lack of balance among other things that could cause a pregnant yogi to fall.Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17681333723382119281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1160307985142358103.post-67509846007434235332009-08-08T16:20:35.829-07:002009-08-08T16:20:35.829-07:00Is your instructor certified in prenatal yoga? A class should be more relaxation and focusing on your baby more than hardcore asana. Find out the name of that pose... I'd be interested in hearing it and seeing if it is on the do or dont do lists.Michelehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17681333723382119281noreply@blogger.com
